DummyEnchantments

Enchantments added are not functional server-side, but may cause client-side behavior (depth strider, curse of binding etc.)

Prevents unimplemented enchantments from being lost when loading from vanilla worlds.

Adds enchanted books for these enchantments to the creative inventory.

Items can be enchanted with /enchant command.
